Liezel, a school teacher at a high school in Manila in the Philippines, was having trouble working with her students and other teachers. In February 2020, she purchased Dianetics and Self Analysis. She had major wins from the books and soon began taking courses online.
Seeing that L. Ron Hubbard tech worked, she decided to share this technology with her fellow teachers and students. In May, a school meeting was held to organize a seminar to help the teachers and students. Liezel connected the school counsellor with the staff of Dianetics Philippines.
Just a week later, a three‑day Self Analysis seminar was delivered to 17 teachers and the school principal in their school hall.
Following the successful seminar, the teachers had this to say:
“Thank you for helping us remember past experiences. We can apply what we have learned by being positive in our daily lives.”
—R.C.
“I applied what I learned in Self Analysis and I could feel it working. When I got home, instead of showing or telling my kids I was tired, I was enthusiastic!”
—B.U.
“I see how our memories of the past affect how we behave today. As a teacher, I should give emphasis to the emotions of my students and not just focus on their intellectual capability. This seminar should be given to all, not just to some.”
—N.R.
“The most important for me is the Emotional Tone Scale. I realized that when you feel those negative emotions, you must bounce back to positivity. I would like more seminars in the future. There are more realizations to have about this.”
—A.S.
“I want to read the book, understand myself and be more aware of myself.”
—P.S.
After this successful seminar, every attendee were very thankful and eager to do more seminars on this line. This all began with just one person reading Dianetics and sparking up in the society.

Thank you so much. I was surprised to see this news from you. God bless you?
Hi Liezel.
Thank you very much for your message.
What you have done is very unique and noble – seeing how the technologies of L. Ron Hubbard be put to use to help your fellow teachers. It is something to be proud of truly. For us, it should be in the headlines of Inquirer or Manila Bulletin. 🙂
Best, Razon Palaming
